Terms & Policies
If this is your first time to the studio, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled class. If you are not checked in at the start of class, your spot will be released to the next student on the waitlist. Any client who is late, will be booked into the next, most convenient class.
Please reserve your spot in class as soon as possible. Classes fill up and we want to make sure you get the time slot you need. If you need to change your reservation, please do so 12 hours or more before the class start time. Any cancellations made less than 12 hours before the start of class will be considered a late cancel. A late cancel or a no show will result in the loss of the class from your specific membership or pricing option. Unlimited members will incur a $15 charge to their account. If you are planning on using your BFF pass, please give the studio 24 hours notice so that we can hold a spot for your BFF. If they are not checked-in 5 minutes before class starts, the spot will go to the next person on the waitlist.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please cancel as soon as possible. Any cancellations made less than 12 hours before the start of class will be considered a late cancel. A late cancel or a no show will result in the loss of the class from your specific membership or pricing option. Unlimited members will incur a $15 charge to their account.
If the class you want to attend is full, we recommend getting on the waitlist. You will have to purchase a class in order to reserve your spot on the waitlist. When space opens up, you will receive an email confirming your spot. If you need to cancel, you will be held to the late cancellation policy. If you do not get added to the class from the waitlist, you will be able to use your credit for a future booking.
MEDICAL CONCERNS & PREGNANCY:
Pilates House may decline entry to a class because of injury and other safety concerns including pregnancy. Under these circumstances, we would suggest booking a private session and allowing one of our instructors to give you an evaluation. If you are pregnant and in your first trimester, you may take any of our classes with your doctors consent. After your first trimester, we require you to stick to prenatal pilates classes and private sessions.
