Passionate about pilates? Day-dreamt of becoming a PH instructor? We're currently accepting auditions for inspiring individuals that have what it takes to become a Pilates House instructor. Our instructors are selected for their energy, confidence, and ability to lead a room, then developed through our internal pilates training program to meet the Pilates House standard of excellence. This opportunity is for individuals ready to grow, commit, and teach at a high level. A minimum of 40 classes taken at Pilates House is required before auditioning.
We are currently only accepting applicants with an active instructor certification.

-Lead engaging, educational, and inspiring group classes that align with the Pilates House method and philosophy.
-Create a welcoming, positive atmosphere, connecting with clients before and after class.
-Adapt and customize movement progressions for all levels, ensuring each client feels challenged, successful, and seen.
-Maintain a strong presence in the studio and assist with client check-ins, facility upkeep, and supporting the team.
-Embrace a team-player mentality, fostering a positive and uplifting studio environment.
-Stay up to date on Pilates House programming, continuing education, and class structure refinements.
-Be flexible with availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and subbing when needed.

-People that are passionate about movement, wellness, community, and love the vibe we have created at pilates house. Our ideal instructors are already members who have been moving with us for a while!
-Previous teaching experience is preferred but not necessary.
-A natural leader, motivator, and DJ—confident, energetic, and client-focused.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships and community. -

client success representative
Our Client Success Representatives are the face of our studio and are PH brand ambassadors. They’re responsible for curating a welcoming, organized, and energetic atmosphere for every client who walks through our doors.
-
-Create a warm, welcoming environment by greeting clients and assisting with check-in.
-Be a brand ambassador: engage with clients, offer tours, and answer questions.
-Manage studio operations by handling class rosters, updating client accounts, and processing payments efficiently.
-Keep the studio in top shape—cleaning mats, lockers, surfaces, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
-Support the boutique by maintaining inventory and restocking as needed.
-Stay on top of it all…troubleshoot issues, multitask, and assist instructors and staff as needed.

-A passion for pilates, wellness, and community.
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-Reliability and flexibility—able to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
-Basic tech proficiency and comfort handling transactions.
-Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts.
