how to access the studio

Please check your booking confirmation email for an access code. This code will be active 15 minutes before the start of class and deactivate 5 minutes into class, following our late arrival policy.

If this is your first time to the studio, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled class for your studio orientation. New clients must be present at the start of class—late entry is not permitted. Existing clients have a 5-minute grace period after the class begins. Clients who enter late forfeit the right to hands on adjustments from the instructor.

waitlist policy

If a waitlisted client arrives hoping for an open spot, they must wait the full 5 minutes to honor our late entry policy.
